Last Friday we took a trip to Long Island for cousin Alyssa's first Communion. This was Ella's first trip to see extended family on Grandma Campbell's side. It was a long ride for her (and all of us) through New York City traffic, but she did okay for taking a 9 hour trip (we stopped a couple of times). We stayed with Sean's Grandparents for the weekend.... along with his parents and Colleen and John. They are such troopers for having all of us there at the same time! Thank you Oma and Opa! Alyssa's first Communion party was Saturday night. Iain and Ella got to meet their Aunts and Uncle and all of their cousins for the first time. It was a nice time for a little reunion. We took a picture of all the cousins together.... that doesn't happen very often!

Love the new pictures...sounds like you enjoyed your time with Sean's family. Don't forget, we are all still waiting to hear the competition results from Sean's big weight loss!!! Oh, and I LOVE the family picture you have off to the side of the blog...it's a great one of all four of you...how DID you DO that?!!!
We will find out sean's results on may 17th. There is a banguet for the big reveal! I will be sure to let you know!
